What we collect

PaidUp is a Shopify app for tracking net-terms wholesale invoices. To provide the service we store:

• Your shop domain and an API access token issued by Shopify.
• Net-terms customers you add: email, optional name/company, terms and credit limit.
• Invoice records derived from your orders: order name, amount, currency, dates and payment status.
• A log of reminder emails sent (recipient and timestamp), so reminders are not duplicated.

We do not store payment card data, order line items, or customer addresses.

How data is used

Data is used solely to show your receivables dashboard, send payment-reminder emails you configure, and tag overdue customers in your store. We never sell data or use it for advertising.

Where data lives

Data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure (Pages and D1). Reminder emails are delivered via Resend.

Deletion

Uninstalling the app deletes all stored data for your shop automatically. We honor Shopify's GDPR webhooks: customer-redaction requests delete that customer's records, and shop-redaction requests delete everything.
